Sasha
Sunday, August 15, 2010 at 11:12AM This is Sasha curled up in my messenger bag , she's a far cry from the gross, oozy, sick little thing she and Spike were when I picked them up on the side of the road, luckily before the coyotes found them. Someone had dumped their 10 week old litter of kittens on top of the mountain that I lived on in Bedford county, happily my sister Mary saw them and told me. I wasn't planning on keeping them. Really I wasn't. I was just going to get them well and find them a home which wouldn't have been difficult because they're so pretty and loving. And dog and child friendly. It turned out that they suited me just right. Sasha's a little lady, much smaller than Spike and because of that , I guess, her voice never grew so that she sounds like a little kitten permanently. Possibly just a little bit whiny. Just a little bit. Spike is a character, kind of swaggery and extremely affectionate , often when I'm in the middle of a tricky delicate maneuver involving a dinosaur leg and an Exacto knife....hmmm. All in all, their personalities make up for the fact that obviously I can never wear black again. And for an "artist " that 's kind of a blow.

Sasha says to give a shoutout to the people who said " What about Sasha? Why no pics of Sasha?"
