In my Garden today....

..... well, lots of flowers obviously but my most favorite ( other than roses) are daylilies. I love them so much , maybe because they remind me of my mother and how when I still lived at our farm we would walk around each morning and see which ones had opened up for the first time.  Each one is kind of like an old friend that you only see for a few weeks once a year.

     This is a daylilly called "Children's Festival" , the tag said it would bloom late spring , early summer but I'm not complaining !
